Albufeira has a wonderful Old Town for you to be charmed by. It is made up of cobble stone streets with mosaic patterns and a wealth of trees, ideal for a morning walk. Plus, there are plenty of places to eat, be that for your morning coffee or evening meal. There’s also Galeria de Arte Pintor Samora Barros, an old electrical power station turned art gallery.

Albufeira is fortunate enough to experience 300 days of sunshine a year, so you make the most of owning a home in this beautiful location. It is warm enough to swim from May through to October. While July is the hottest month with highs of 30 degrees. Even in January, the coldest month, temperatures reach 16°C.

Luckily, Faro international airport is just a 40-minute drive away. It has plenty of budget-friendly flights throughout the year.
